Orders & Information

Before placing an order, a customer must first fill up the checkout form by providing personal information such as name, email, billing/shipping address, and phone number. Following that, payment credentials will be requested. All requested information is used solely for shipping, billing, and order communication purposes.

Live Berry Well, at its own discretion and without giving reason, reserves the right to limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Local Pickups: All orders placed for local pickup, and not picked up within a three (3) month time frame from the order date, will be deemed expired, completing the transaction. Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Product Availability

This site refers to products that are generally available for purchase, although Live Berry Well cannot guarantee the availability of a product at any given time. Reference to products or services does not warrant or imply that these products or services will be available in your particular locality. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Errors & Inaccuracies

Live Berry Well attempts to ensure that the information on the site is accurate, complete, and current. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the decision to purchase any product from us, you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping with no restocking or cancellation fee.

Once your order has shipped, we no longer offer a return option. Should your order be damaged in transit in any way, we will work with you to replace the damaged product or refund the full or partial order value.
