• Directly Provided Information:
  • Account Registration & Profiles: Your name, email address, password hashes, and profile preferences (e.g., subscription settings). If you choose to log in using Google OAuth, we receive authorized profile details such as your Google ID, name, and email address.

  • Communications: Any details you submit when filling out our Contact Form, Wholesale Applications, newsletter signup, or when emailing our team.

We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers or raw CVV data on our servers.
• Interactive AI Services: Conversation transcripts, text prompts, and messages submitted during your interactions with our AI wellness concierge, Liv, and our AI shopping assistant, Berry. These features leverage the Google Gemini API to process and answer your inquiries in real-time. Please do not submit highly sensitive health, medical, or financial information in the chat panels.
• Automated Internet-Related Data: Information automatically logged by our servers and third-party trackers, including referring URLs, your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, duration of visit, and search queries within the storefront. This also includes advertising campaign parameters and click identifiers (UTM tags, Google's gclid, and Meta's fbclid), which we use to understand which advertisement or link brought you here.
• Automatic Error Reports: When something on the site breaks, it automatically files a diagnostic report containing the page address, your browser's user-agent string, and the error message. These are used only to find and fix faults, never for marketing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal information for legitimate business operations, including:

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Like many modern storefronts, our website utilizes cookies and similar tracking pixels to capture site performance metrics and drive our advertising efforts. What loads by default depends on where you are.

• European Union, United Kingdom, and EEA: Nothing loads until you agree. Analytics and advertising cookies are blocked until you choose “Accept” on our banner. If you decline, they never load.

Google may also use cookies to show you customized retargeting advertisements on third-party sites based on your visit history here.
• Facebook Pixel / Meta Pixel (ID: 444194493106659): A tool placed on our site that tracks actions (such as visits, carts, and checkout completions). This allows us to measure the efficacy of our advertising campaigns, perform conversion optimization, and serve customized retargeting advertisements to visitors on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
• Meta Conversions API: In addition to the browser pixel, we send purchase events to Meta directly from our servers, because browsers increasingly block the pixel and we would otherwise be unable to tell which advertisements actually work. Personal identifiers in these events — email address, phone number, and name — are cryptographically hashed before they leave our servers; Meta receives the hash, never the value itself. These server-side events are subject to exactly the same consent as the pixel, and are not sent if you have opted out.

5. WooCommerce Platform Migration

To improve our store load times and backend reliability, we migrated our storefront from a WordPress/WooCommerce system to a Firebase-hosted modern application. During this transition, we securely migrated historical customer records, account databases, and order transaction logs. If you held an account on our legacy store, your registration email, name, and purchase logs were securely loaded into our Firestore cloud database to ensure you retain access to your historical subscription status and order logs. Your data is handled with the exact same high standards and strict confidentiality safeguards detailed in this policy.

6. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information to unrelated third parties. We share data only with trusted partners and tools essential to operating our storefront and conducting business:

• Cloud and database hosting providers (Google Firebase).
• Payment processing platform (Braintree, a PayPal service).
• Fulfillment and logistics tools (Shippo, United States Postal Service).
• Customer communication platforms (SendGrid for transactional and marketing email, Mailchimp for marketing lists).
• AI processing APIs (Google Gemini API/Vertex AI) for concierge operations. Conversations with our AI concierge are stored with timestamps and may be reviewed by our staff so we can improve our answers and follow up on questions.
• Google Maps, which loads on our store locator page; your browser contacts Google directly to display the map.

• Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: Use the link of that name in the footer of any page. It works everywhere, at any time, whether or not you were shown a banner. The page will reload and no analytics or advertising technologies will load.
• Global Privacy Control: If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, we honour it automatically, everywhere, regardless of region. You do not need to do anything else.
• Browser Settings: You can configure your browser to block or refuse cookies. However, please note that blocking cookies may prevent you from adding items to your cart or successfully completing checkout.
