How Shipping Works
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Because every batch is made fresh to order, we don't mass-produce or warehouse our syrups. Your order is handcrafted just for you!
Shipping Method
We ship USPS and choose the fastest service that gets your order to you in time — including USPS Priority Mail whenever that is what it takes. Most orders arrive in 2–3 days, up to 4 for the furthest corners of the country. Because our products are perishable and made fresh, we optimise for speed, not for a particular label on the box.
Ship Days
We ship Monday through Thursday only. This ensures your elderberry syrup doesn't sit in transit over a weekend without refrigeration, maintaining freshness and quality.

Enjoy free shipping nationwide on all orders of $40 or more! Orders under $40 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our location in Spring/Tomball, TX. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we'll coordinate a convenient pickup time with you.
