Living a healthy lifestyle can be hard. There’s plenty of distraction in our daily routines. Plus, when trying to take elderberry syrup daily, sometimes it too can become a chore, and forgotten.
At our house, we’ve started actively adding healthy smoothies to our morning routines, and of course adding some of our elderberry syrup!
– 5-6 Oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt
– 6 Strawberries
– ¼ Cup Blueberries (a handful)
– 2 Tablespoons Live Berry Well Raw Unfiltered Honey
– 1 Tablespoon Live Berry Well Elderberry Syrup (Original)
– 1 Cup Ice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, about 60 seconds.
Add more ice if necessary. Makes one serving.
Makes ~18 oz of smoothie, conveniently a great way to reuse a Live Berry Well bottle.
Note: If making for children, reduce elderberry syrup to match two doses. as it will make ~ 2 kids size glasses.
