The Program Basics:
Tell people about our products through your blog, social network (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest) or email database and you will receive 15% of the sales you direct to our site. Your link contains a digital cookie that allows us to accurately track the sales to your efforts.

One Example:
A blogger emails her 10K person email list about how she just tried our Elderberry Syrup and now she and her family are hooked! Now she can’t stop telling her friends and family about it.

She provides a link, generated specifically for her, & when her readers click that link and make a purchase within 30 days, she earns a 15% commission! She may also offer an exclusive coupon code that is available for her, that allows her readers to benefit from her connections and offering.

The Numbers: Imagine that if, of her 10K database, 1K of them decided to click the link and check it out (a 10% CTR is pretty good),  but only 50 of them (5%) bought some elderberry syrup. The average sale is ~$50, so…

50 people x $50 = $2500 x 0.15 commission = $375 affiliate earnings.

Our blogger friend made $375 just by sending one email to her network. While this scenario is using generalized numbers for estimating, these results are based on similar data from other programs we’ve implemented. 

The Requirements: 
First, sign up! Once registered, you’ll receive a link, generated just for you, to direct your family, friends and followers to Live Berry Well. One Important Detail: In order to activate your affiliate account and start receiving payments, you need to share your website, blog, social media, and any other platform where you will be promoting Live Berry Well products. Also, to receive payouts, you must have a PayPal account! Payouts cannot be initiated until you have added your PayPal account to your profile.

In addition, please be sure to review the “Program Terms & Conditions” section before you begin sharing your link on any platform. We reserve the right to deny payouts and cancel any accounts if these terms are violated.

Restrictions on promotion:
The Live Berry Well affiliate program is designed for affiliates to promote via their legitimate channels of influence only. Promotion via paid traffic (including any adword campaign), re-targeting, discount and/or coupon site, or any other method that in the sole discretion of Live Berry Well is not in accordance with the letter and spirit of these terms and conditions will result in any commissions so resulting being denied and puts your continued participation in the referral program in jeopardy.
 
Before promoting, please be aware of the following regulations:
 

Affiliates shall not purchase keywords, domain names, advertising, search terms, adwords, or any other identifiers that include the word “Live Berry Well” or “Live Berry Well Elderberry Syrup” “LiveBerryWell” or and the names of Live Berry Well products or services, or any variations or misspellings thereof.

Specifically, this policy includes the following:

1) Affiliates shall NEVER bid on “Live Berry Well” and any keyword string that includes this term, such as “Live Berry Well’s Elderberry Syrup” or “Live Berry Well tea” or “Live Berry Well coupons” or “Live Berry Well promotions”. NEVER use any terminology in ads or landing pages that are similar to “scam” or “fraud,” or create customer incentives for purchasing Live Berry Well products (e.g. cash rebates or 3rd party bonus offers); and

2) NEVER purchase domain names based on “Live Berry Well” or variations, such as “LiveBerryWellorganicelderberrysyrup.com” or “liveberrywell.guru” or “liveberrywell.org”; and

 
3) NEVER use any images or videos that affiliates do not own, and are forbidden from using any imagery that would imply any endorsement without written consent from the appropriate parties. Affiliates are forbidden from creating webpages, social media pages or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of the Live Berry Well products.
 
4) Any review page and all creative contained therein must include the word ‘REVIEW’ in the title, the url and any graphics used in the cover image or profile image. This includes blogs, webpages, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or ANY OTHER online entity whether or not it is considered to be “social media”. 
 
5) Affiliates may not bypass Live Berry Well pages to generate orders. In other words, no direct linking to cart or order forms from any ads or landing pages. The customer must see our offer as presented by us prior to landing on the cart. Any affiliate caught breaking any of these terms will be banned immediately without hesitation, and will not be eligible for reinstatement.
 
6) Affiliates will always represent Live Berry Well with truth, honesty, and respect. Affiliates will use their own spheres of influence (social media, websites, etc.) to support their share of Live Berry Well. Live Berry Well reserves the right to remove affiliates from the program if they are not representing the Live Berry Well brand in a professional & respectful way.
 
7) The commission is not provided for shipping costs or tax. Affiliates commission payouts will be processed on the 15th of every month. Commissions will NOT be paid out until at least 30 days after the date of purchase. For example, if the purchase was made on 02/10/21, then commissions on that purchase will not be paid with the February 15th payout, but instead with the March 15th cycle. Commissions must also meet the $50 threshold to be eligible for payments.
 
Legal Compliance
All affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. Live Berry Well reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination, you agree to discontinue the use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by Live Berry Well. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the Live Berry Well network.
